Salvation
What Is Salvation?
Salvation is being saved from the power of sin. Salvation is redemption from sin. Adam and Eve were removed from what God intended to be, a place that would provide for them whatever they needed. This place was called the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3). But they disobeyed and ate from a tree God told them was forbidden.

The result was devastating in that their disobedience caused humankind to fall into sin. They immediately realized the effects of their sin. Their lives were marked by strife and difficulty (Genesis 6:11-13). And so was humankind.

The first act of Salvation was when God flooded the world to save Noah and his family from the world's rampant sins. Those eight people were humankind's chance to escape the consequences of sin.
Salvation Comes Through Jesus
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

God has made it simple to receive Salvation from sin and be restored to an everlasting relationship with Him. He loves us so much that He sacrificed His only Son, Jesus. Jesus received the punishment we deserve!
How Do I Receive Salvation?
The Salvation comes through Christ when we believe in Christ. Acts 16:31 says, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.

Romans 10:9 says, "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

Romans 10:3 says, "For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Pray This Prayer Today!
Jesus, I come to You to be forgiven for the sins I have committed. I repent of my sins and surrender my life to you. I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He died on the cross for my sins and rose again on the third day. I believe this in my heart, and I confess that Jesus is my Savior and my Lord. Amen.
